Potential students, and also our regular supporters of our seminary, often ask why we offer graduate level theology courses for free. They feel that people should be willing to finance their higher education. While that is right, Trinity strongly feels that it ought to make an allowance for people who are unable to pay.

Trinity gets a large number of applications from people who can fully finance a modest fees, but we also get a very large number of applications from pastors from rural areas with very low income, physcially challanged people, those who are unable to work full-time, missionaries, pastors, and Bible teachers from very poor countries, etc. All of them have a great desire to study theology, but they have no capacity to finance their education. They need a program where there is no fees.

Trinity offers no fees programs because we feel that someone has to care for the whole body of Christ. Thus we offer tuition free, or no tuition programs. Our bachelors, masters, and doctoral programs in theology, apologetics, divinity, and ministry are all free. There is no tution fees. There is no hidden fees.  Students from developed countries pay a nominal registration, but they pay no fees. Students from poorest of the poor countries are exempted even from that. They pay no fees at all.

BTh or the  Bachelor of Theology is our most basic theology program. It is meant for those who have never had any theological training and who wish to learn the basics of bible, theology, and apologetics. Anyone who aspires to be a pastor, Christian teacher, or a Christian communicator would benefit much by undergoing this free theology training program. This is the place where they learn systematic theology, fundamental doctrines, and the books of the Bible.

Since most people who undergo training in theology do so because they wish to become pastors, missionaries, or Christian communicators, practically all of them should aim to study for a BTh program. Once they have developed a good foundation through this basic seminary level program, they can think for going for masters or doctorate in theology.

Our Bachelor of Theology program is divided into several major sections. First of all there is Essential Apologetics, which is part of all our programs from bachelors up to doctoral programs. A student needs to take them only once, assuming he opts for multiple programs, but there is no exemption from them. So important do we consider them as part of theological training and formation of a Christian for any profession whatsoever into which he goes.

The essential apologetics is followed by general apologetics and several Bible-related subjects. These subjects give a good grounding in Bible, biblical books, biblical backgrounds, bible study methods, and canon. Several essential studies in the Christian faith follow it. Finally there is a good amount of theology and hermeneutics studies. At the end comes practical work where the student demonstrates his grip over the subjects that he studied and also his skill in communicating those subjects.

If you are a first generation believer, then this is the biblical course that you must opt for. If you wish to become a pastor, a bible teacher, or a Christian communicator, then this program is for you. Opt for BTh, specialize in Bible, theology, apologetics, counseling, Christian education, hermeneutics, etc. Remember, there is no tuition fees. You do not have to buy any textbooks. All textbooks are supplied as downloads. You only have to supplement with net-based research.
